Susan is an accomplished Operations leader with experience across a wide range of industry sectors including – Loyalty Marketing, Financial Banking, Advertising and Marketing, News Media and Digital Media. She has a proven track record for innovation, and leading complex enterprise projects from business strategy through to full implementation.
Over the past 20 years, Susan has established a proven track record of optimizing operations through team building and technology deployment. Her teams have been responsible for - Change Management, Client Management, Campaign Execution, Vendor Management, IT & NOC, Marketing and Content Development, Procurement with annual Budget in excess of $50MM, Fulfillment and Logistics, and Field Marketing teams. She has supported a range of companies from scale-up to blue-chip with annual revenues ranging from $30MM - $22B.
Kevin is the founder and CEO of Pund-IT, an IT Business Solutions and Manage Services provider. Kevin is a former Fortune 500 CIO, Director of Managed Services, and Director of Education of the SSG/Global (now Infor) User Group in the USA.
His work experience includes designing, sourcing, and implementing full EDI/ERP/HR IT strategy and systems for a 30-location North American manufacturing firm; creating a new IT Services division and taking it into-the-black within 18 months; and supporting not-for-profit, financial, healthcare, manufacturing, and digital media organizations. Kevin is also a founding member of EO - Entrepreneurs' Organization SWO Chapter and actively involved in various community-based organizations.
Cedric is an entrepreneur with breadth (and depth) of technical experience and know-how combined with a love of all things techie. He brings extensive experience in designing and supporting systems for companies of all sizes and in a wide variety of industries: from semiconductors to restaurants. Cedric is responsible for ensuring the quality of FirstScreen™ services, and overseeing the technology ecosystem.
Cedric has the invaluable ability to translate a client’s goal into actionable technology strategy. He excels at articulating concepts and educating clients, so they can make empowered and informed business decisions.
Mark brings over 20 years of experience in managing startups from inception through commercialization and revenue generation in the healthcare field both in Canadian and US markets. He has a broad range of experience in managing sales and marketing teams as well as logistics, operations, reimbursement and business development in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and genetic testing areas.
Paul is an experienced medtech executive and entrepreneur who brings extensive marketing, commercialization and international business development experience with both large multinational and growth stage medical and technology companies. Paul is currently a strategic advisor for emerging medtech CEOs at illumiSonics, Bialogics, and RetiSpec.
Prior to this, Paul was the founder and CEO of Perimeter Medical Imaging. Perimeter pioneered the use of OCT for use in the in-surgical assessment of tissue microstructures. In this capacity, he led Perimeter from concept through to FDA clearance, raised $20 plus million. He has also led Strategic Business Development and Marketing for Covalon Technologies where he helped to transition the company from a technology focus to a commercially focused organization, building out OEM, domestic and international distribution channels. At Sentinelle Medical he led Business Development and Marketing, growing the company from start-up revenues to greater than $18 million in sales in 2 ½ years. After which Sentienelle was acquired by Hologic Inc. for $105 million.
Susie has over 20 years in the financial services, technology, marketing, and HR industry. She is currently the Vice President of Global Business Solutions, Revenue Enablement as well as the Diversity, Inclusion Executive Officer at Degreed. Susie's primary focus is overseeing the Business Strategy, Product & Technical advisory with global companies by offering transformational Thought Leadership, Strategic Planning, Design, change management, and best practices on Go-to-Market Strategies. Most recently, she has helped to expand Degreed outside of North America into global markets: EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
Prior to joining Degreed, Susie was the SVP of the Global HR L&LD Product Management & Initiatives at Bank of America where she spearheaded global learning and leadership product management, initiatives, and implementation for human resources globally.
Lesley has over 25 years of experience, delivering professional excellence, managing large teams of multidisciplinary professionals with occupational health and safety at the forefront of all business decisions. She is skilled in areas of Infectious Disease management, Infection Prevention and Control, Epidemiology, Disease Prevention, Health Promotion, Population Health, Child and Family Health, Project Management, Public Speaking, Program Evaluation, Healthcare, and Leadership. Currently, Lesley works for Public Health and Emergency Services for Region of Waterloo, most recently Covid-19 Pandemic outbreak investigations and response. Concurrently, Lesley teaches at Conestoga in the Health Care Administration and Service Management program.
Julia is an accomplished technology leader who had proudly accelerated the digital transformation for the government of Ontario. Julia brings breadth and depth of leadership experience in full lifecycle of IT management. In her recent role as the VP of IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture at the LCBO, her accomplishments expanded from digital channel enablement, enterprise architecture modernization, data management, security as a service, to NextGen product and talent development. Security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance have always been an integral part of the solutions Julia led to design and deliver. Previously, as the head of IT at Ontario Cannabis Stores(OCS), Julia led the creation of the technology strategy and its successful launch within the record time for the government from ground up. Julia’s Retail as a Service-Cloud first vision enabled the Government of Ontario to meet its tight timelines to support the sale of legalized cannabis online while ensuring the protection of privacy and security of customers’ information.
Julia is a trusted strategic advisor, innovator, and is proactively enabling the business to deliver pragmatic solutions to meet complex regulatory requirements and ensuring a great customer experience.
David is an influential business leader with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience in Hospitality, CPG, Media & Advertising, and Real Estate. David is currently the Managing Partner of a multi-faceted Real Estate Team providing customized service for developers, builders, investors, and end users.
A focused, sharp, and creative professional, David has experience directing customized Marketing and Sales operations in highly competitive business environments. David is a multifaceted, savvy individual who applies well-honed business talents in strategic planning, business development, and relationship building.
